Our Policies & Guidelines

Please note that our default guest count for our guest houses is 2 guests at our nightly rate, if you bring additional guests we will charge the appropriate extra guest/pet fee to the reservation.

$100.00 is collected at the time your reservation is made.

Spatterdock Guest houses are exclusive properties where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call or email us at least thirty (30) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation less a $35 processing fee per room the remainder of your deposit will be refunded to the credit card we have on file.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than ten (10) days, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.

Rates/policies are subject to change for special requests or may vary during high impact periods.

Check-in: 2:00 PM. If arriving outside of normal check-in times, please call to make special arrangements.

Check-out: 11:00 AM.

Absolutely No Smoking Inside; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

Dog friendly properties, we do charge a fee per pet. Please be courteous and keep your pets off the beds. Pick up after your dog outside and dispose in outside receptacles only.

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICIES

Gift certificates must be presented at check-in along with a valid driver's license. Gift certificates are transferable. Any remaining amount on gift certificates can be used at a later day up to the expiration date. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
