Please note that our default guest count for our guest houses is 2 guests at our nightly rate, additional guests will charged the appropriate extra guest to the reservation.
$100.00 is collected at the time your reservation is made.
Check-in: 3:00 PM.
Check-out: 11:00 AM.
Dog friendly properties, we charge a fee per pet.
Absolutely No Smoking Inside; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
Rates/policies are subject to change for special requests or may vary during high impact periods.
CANCELATION POLICIES
Spatterdock Guest houses are exclusive properties where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call or email us at least thirty (30) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation less a $35 processing fee per room the remainder of your deposit will be refunded to the credit card we have on file.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than ten (10) days, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.
GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICIES
Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash and must be used within one year of purchase.
