Meet Your Hosts

Dottie Carter, a third-generation resident of Taylor Island, along with Jamie Delmar, brings a blend of creativity, hospitality, and deep-rooted love for Caddo Lake. Their dedication to sharing this "little bit of paradise" is evident in every aspect of Spatterdock Guest Houses, from the carefully curated art installations to the thoughtfully designed spaces that welcome guests to explore, relax, and find inspiration amidst the ancient cypress trees.
